In 2007,Noel Kegg Ltd were looking to produce a fully functional e-commerce website.

I first heard of ICT Advisor when I went to a seminar at Business Gateway in Coatbridge in early 2011. At the time I thought I had a decent website, and the Online Xcellence course and Brian from ICT had come very highly recommended.
I found ICT Advisor’s Brian captivating from the very first seminar and it quickly became obvious that I had walked into the online world with my eyes shut. Although my website looked good to me, it was only me that could see it, and the way it had been built was not search friendly in its copy or architecture.
Brian’s website marketing knowledge was outstanding and his ethos of educating the business owner was very effective, and I soon found myself stepping into the driving seat of where I wanted to be both offline and especially online. Brian’s experience of working with high level client’s websites in the UK and working with his partners in the US became invaluable to how we were going to set up the new site using the latest ideas and technologies, thus making it future proof.
Brian was instrumental in helping with the planning and having the architecture optimised, and directing me in the correct use of online copy.
Eventually the site was launched (and only when we were all happy with it) to cater for the commercial dishwasher and glasswasher market and as a business we have never looked back.
The business has increased year on year and that is mainly due to the online exposure that we have. We have a steady stream of new customers that have ‘Googled’ their request and got in touch with us.
Our website has been a fantastic investment and has paid for itself many times over as we continue to sell our products UK wide and service commercial dishwashers and glass washers within our service area of Scotland’s Central Belt.
